I purchase two pair of boots from Nomorerack.com on Black Friday. I also ordered 3 wallets. The wallets arrived by December 16th, 2012.
I have been in touch with nomorerack.com several times and I was given a "credit" with the company but I was also promised, in writing, a refund. Nomorerack.com will not do anything at this point because of the "credit" they already gave me. I used the credit when I was also promised a refund. Once I had used the credit, they now say, well you can't have both... though it was they that made the statement. I never received the refund and had given up on the boots.
Today in the mail, I received one pair of boots from a company called Saddle Creek. These boots were supposedly worth over $120. What I received today is nothing like the boots I ordered and certainly not of the quality I had expected. In fact, the boots are downright cheap.
I'm not sure which company to place my complaint against. The company I ordered from or the company from which I received the low grade product.

I'm tired of being manipulated by these companies.
