On 08/26/2012 I paid to Sams towing 500 dollars for a 2000 toyota camry with a bab motor.The employee givi me a reciept and said they did not have the title and within a week they will have it. I lives 3 hours away.Ikept calling and they keep giving me stories . I sent an enclose certify mail with a return address and still no money.The vehicle ID #(Personal Information Removed).Please help me.
