I received an email offering IPAD2s at really low prices, so I contacted them after getting their phone numbers on the internet

I am Nigerian and the person who answered the phone picked on my accent, then went into our native tongue, when he realised that I was calling about IPAD2s it was really too late for him to rope me in. He however tried even offered to send the item if I paid half and the rest once I received the goods. Nice try I must say. I offered to pay on collection from their local office; to which he said with all due respect we only freight goods buyers are not allowed to pay on collection (red flag).
