I received a fax at my place of work on 5/14/2012 and booked a trip 5/17/2012 with my credit card. They gave me the names of Josh Klein manager and Mark Kelly that took all my information and gave me a conformation number. I paid $550.00.

- Same thing has happened to us. My wife received similar to her work, we booked it - have until September of '13 to use it according to the contract we signed, but I cannot get a hold of anyone - phone #'s all go to a system that says "voicemail is not active" - all emails sent are returned as un-sendable (if that is a word) - anyone know what to do? or if we can do anythign?
