I find out this is not his real name. His real name Anthony Tomasi.Who has a laundry list of fraud in his past. Eastern Capital LLC is scam operation in Atlanta GA. do not let him fool you and take your deposit and then when the time come to close to the dead line he will force you to pay for an appraisal fee that will be later assigned to his co, and you never received the appraisal report at all, I have apply a loan with his Co last year in May 15, 2012. I pay him upfront $7500, to start the loan after all the promise and come to dead line he never answer my phone call, then he force me to pay $9000 for the expedite appraisal in order to fund the loan. after I pay the appraisal fee, he never come back to me any more. and I lost the deal with the bank. Again he is NOT a lender and he don't have a valid license broker to operate in Atlanta GA.
