Using the website yingsoccer.com and qqtrades.com I placed and order for 15 soccer jerseys. The total was 318.60 and money was transferred by Western Union to a person named Jianfeng Huang. The money was acknowledged as accepted through the MTCN#. After about 10 days and no jerseys, I contacted [email protected] and was told the shipping agent had not been in. Then on January 22, 2013 I was told that the shipment was in customs and if it could not be forwarded, another order would be sent. I have not heard from him since that date. I had done business with this person before and had no problems ordering in the same method, however this time I fear that I have been scammed.
