i received a w2 from this company. saying i had earnings for 2012. i am disabled. i have not in worked since 2006. the w2 come in my married name. i have been divorced since 2007 and i went back to using my married name.

Have you worked for Wal-Mart in the past?
I got the same W-2 and from the best I can tell it's in relation to a class action settlement from Wal-Mart 2009.
You should have received a check at some point. If you didn't it may have gotten lost as your name has changed a couple times now.
