- Yes, I was taken as well for 20000, sold me first Ashley Holdings, then that was gone then he used Alpha Capital Group, got the money and disappeared. Just getting the file together for the FED's. Tony Cullen and his Capital Access Fund are not the only ones, there is also Kelly Young from Sun West Financial, LLC, 3753 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89169. The same business, the same scam!

- I was taken by the same guy under Sunwest Finance LLS out of Vegas. He goes by Kelly York on that one he is gone but I know who he is and now have Fbi on his rear.

- damn, Kelly York, know the name, I wonder if you could get me more details on his real name. I know someone who was taken for 7500 by him. would love to place the details and documents with the right FBI office
