my 80year old wife decide she would like some replacement doors for her kitchen units the sales man came to the house and showed her the door designs,and she picked one she liked
what he did not check was the hinge locations on carcasses, so when the doors arrived one was missing ,when the joiner came and looked at hinge locations he said he would not fit them,as the hinge recesses on the doors did not match up with our carcasses dispite repeated phone calls to resolve the issue when we finally get through to the customer servicewe get the message the other person has cleared, we have run up nearly 2 hours of phone call trying to resolve this issue, please help
