The Washington Post Newspapers had my credit card on file for newspaper deliveries for 7 days a week. Last summer, I changed to Sunday only, but they continued to bill for 7 days a weeks at a much higher price, for several months. When I called them, they blamed it on the carrier and isssued a credit for only $16.58.
They still owe me a total of $33.16, but refuse to pay, and still blame it on the carrier. The carrier will not call because he obviously does not want a charge back. As usual, since the amount is in their favor, they refuse to issue me a refund of $33.16.
