I bought a car from them and it broke within a couple of days. I went back to complain about it and was given warranty informatin. When I called the warranty people they said they didn't have bus. with the car company. THE GUY IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. HE MISLED ME AND MY WIFE. He is unfair and wouldn't take the junk back. NEVER BUY FROM HIM AGAIN.

My name is Cesar Ocampo, and I have been in the car business for over 15 years. I am proud to say that we have never had any issues of this type with any of our customers, not once, not ever. To the person who posted: who are you? I have no idea who you are! I have never had anyone come to this business with such a complaint. Customer service is our number one priority here at Solid Autos. Why? Because we care!
We find it outrageous that someone can just come on here and make these false accusations in an obviously malicious attempt at tarnishing the image of our business with no proof whatsoever. To the person who posted I say: go ahead and post whatever proof of this that you supposedly have. Make, model, and license plate of vehicle, receipt of purchase from us, and name and contact information of supposed warranty company who supposedly does not know who we are.
We know you do not have any proof because this supposed incident never took place! -
