They sent me the wrong color couch they emailed me the confirmation saying thery will exchange it and know when you call the company no one picks up you cant chat them or no email is returned to you. I looked up and they just registered Allnatt Furniture LLC in jan 2013 I called them (same owners of Factorres LLC) and no on pick up goes straight to Voice mail and no one will email me back there either...I dont know what 2 do. there liers scamers they need to go to jail and give me my money back
