I did actually get a call from my bank Lloyds TSB to confirm whether I did make a card payment for £35.40 , at the time I thought I did because I had recently done a card transaction but the payment had come through already so I realized I did not make this payment for £35.40. When I rang my bank they said it was with fml billing. I have no idea who they are and I have definitely not made any purchase with them but I can see the payment is still pending to leave my bank> I will wait to see if it is going to come out of my account which it is looking like it will do but if it does I want a refund because I know I have not paid for anything from fml billing
