I received a letter today from Morgan, Phelps & Stern saying I won 2,997,500. All I am supposed to do is send $20.00 to release funds. I don't think so!!! Is there a federal agency nabbing these scammers??

- I just recieved a letter saying I won 2,997,500.00, but I had to send in $20.00 for some report. Yea, right if I won then I shouldn't have to pay for anything. They know there are needy families out there that despreately need a break. They use it against people knowing they will jump fast at the chance for all of their problems to go away, an extra hand to help and be the solution to alot of things. I am one of those people, but because every penny counts, I check , double check, and keep checking. No.1 rule to detect a scam, IF YOU HAVE TO PAY ITS NOT FREE AND ITS FAKE! tell your loved ones about this site , it'll help avoid them from getting scammed from their savings and hard earned money. GBless.
