I briefly explained the details in the Monetary damages space. I've been unable to contact PCCARE247 via phone and email, lost my malware and anti-virus protection that they contracted to provide to me. I paid $400.00 dollars for a one year contract ending Feb. 26, 2013. The problem was brought to my attention by some friends recieving hacked emails, the computer is not functioning properly and I feel it's no longer protected properly kike it once was.
