I was sent an email stating that I had been approved for a $10,000 loan but with my credit history I would have to send $900 or have a co-signer so I sent $900 on a Green Dot Money card. I then was told that because of my credit history they would need an additional $300 sent to them. Stupidly I sent them another $300 on another Green Dot Money card. I was promised the whole time by Melissa Waters that everything would be okay and it would be deposited into my account. I even told her that I had sent off some bills in expectation that the loan would be in my account. That was 9/20/2012. To this day I have not received anything. I now have bounced checks, worse credit, have had to close my checking account, possible foreclosure on my house, embarrassment in my small community and for what? For them to prey on people who are desperate to be able to pay their bills honestly. It will take me a long time to climb out of this hole. It has put a financial and emotional strain on my family and I have very little trust for anyone I don't know. These people are smart and coniving. I am an intelligent woman and they had me believe them. Even my bank said the loan papers looked legitimate. Because of this I am now having more harrasing calls from other people trying to do the same thing. These have been turned over to the scam unit of the FBI in my state. Do not trust anything that wants money to get money!!!
