I purchased a washing machine(used) from the above company on Jan.24th 2013. I paid to have it delivered as I was told I would get an extended warranty as the delivery man would set install it and make sure it worked.This never happened!The delivery man said he knew nothing about installing it ,in fact my son how to run him down to get the hoses.We hooked the machine up and when it went to spin it shook so bad it went from one end of the laundry room to the other.We adjusted the legs tried again and it did the same.We then put boards under it a used a level to adjust it.IT DID THE SAME.I called and spoke to the salesman and he said he was with a customer and would call me back. This was Friday morn.Guess what? I have never received a call back.The only time Ihave talked to them is when I call them.They have promised all kinds of things but to this date have DONE NOTHING. I am disabled and my husband is 74 years old or else we would have loaded this machine and taken this back. Please tell us what else we can do.
