MaxEbiz/Pine cone web solutions did not build a web store for me in the allotted time stated on their site as promised. Then billed me for an additional month.
When I tried to cancel my order, services, I was told it was beyond their 30 day money back guarantee. I stopped payment through my CC company. To which they had 60 days to contest it. They never responded so my CC company credited my account.
MOW.."FOUR MONTHS" later they are threatening to turn it over to collections.
MAXEBIZ,PINE CONE WEB SOLUTIONS are a SCAM. Do NOT do business with them in any manner. They are frauds! MaxE-FRAUD...
