One: the name for billing changes frequently as does the telephone number (4 times since November): 800-896-8301: 800-983-7096: 800-466-7145
Two: they claim a 30 day return limit, but where that was in writing I'm not sure. So I've returned three bottles of the product, still in original mailers, but I may receive only one refund.
Three: I'm gullible. This is the worst problem. Shame on me.
