Noticed a charge to my bank account for Diet Instructor MD. Never heard of them. The charge was $19.65. Called the number, it gave me 3 options all automated. One option was to cancel my account. When I chose this the automated system said "we recognize the phone number you are calling from, is this "my name". The name was mine. So they know my name, phone number and bank account!
