When contacting this company to determine why they are providing our contact information to companies attempting to sell magazines, dealt with an extremely incompetent individual. After asking several times why our unsolicited data is being provided to others without our consent, he did not provide any assistance and became indignant when asked how they did not know who sold them our contact information. Uneducated and unprofessional individual used profanity and refused to place a supervisor on the line. Will continue to tell as many persons as possible to boycott this shady business!
