I keep receiving phone calls stating that a company in California is filing a law suit against me and the attorney is the one calling me to let me know. He goes over everything I did wrong, supposedly. I am being charged with fraud and supposedly taking money and not paying an advance back. Said if I don't pay the $500 today over the phone I will be in more trouble. He will call the police here and they will come arrest me and put me in jail until a court hearing on Monday. Knew quite a bit of information about me. Please beware! I questioned him a lot. He was getting very frustrated because I told him numerous times that there was non money put in. My account and he was lying. Must be a scam and he said it wasn't. So I told him ok I was going to call the county sheriffs and let them know to come get me and as soon as I started saying I was calling them he hung up!!
