This company has issued me a contract agreement#CCH1006634, Primary Care Elite Coverage. I have contacted this company on numerous ocassions in order to have repairs done to my vehicle. Ihave3 only recieved a responsefrom them that that part is not covered. Lately, Jan 2, 2013 my vehicle quit running, my repair shop contacted them in order to get authorization to fix the repair. they informed them that my contract had expired/cancelled as of 9 November 2012. despited the fact hat I had paid a premium of 191.00 USD on 1 November 2012. After lmany calls and conversations I finally got them to reinstated my policy. also, I was given the go ahead to inform my repair shop to call and have the authorization given to make the repair. I was contacted today and was told that the repair again was not covered. I feel that I have been getting the run around from this company. The contract cost 3832.00 USD and I have recieved 0000.00USD coverage.Theirt motto is peace of lmind for that next bump in the road-all I have been getting is nightmares.
