We too have been scammed by this company. I was solicited for a modification by Albert Brennan sent all documents and payments that he requested. Before payment Albert called every week to keep us updated. Once payment was recieved and check cashed we no longer heard from him nor recieved the docments he stated we will recieve in the mail with our new mortgage payment. He informed us we qualified for a federal grant. Once I traced the check to Bank of America (which was endorsed on the back of the check) they weren't able to locate any information on the account or the company. He informed us to no longer make payments to my mortgage company until I recieved the updated statment. I am currently now behind in my mortgage 159 days. Not only was the checks cashed but the numerical and written amounts didn't coinceide so the bank should have never cashed them. (or whoever cashed them) My bank is now doing a Federal Investigation. I contacted my mortgage company they informed me that they recieved written authorization from Ashlay Davis and Ivanna Flores from American Loan Center to recieve information on my account. Nothing more. Since then the numbers provided from Albert are all voice mails. We have sent NUMEROUS messages and no one is returning our calls. I hope the FBI gets hold of these crooks and my mortgage company is able to assist my family.
