I order Dark Shadows DVD collection set in December of 2012. The company said it wouldntake two to four weeks. An email was sent telling they recieved my order and it was complete. I waited, three weeks past and i repleied to the email they originally sen t me. No reply. So i went to their website after the fourth week of wating and no reply i sent another email from my email account and their website to date no reply. Can you advise me what to alternative I have.
