i purchased an item from them on jan. 16 2013.for 263.00 plus $14.00 for the w/u payment. 2 days later they emailed me saying i have to pay an additional $150.00 due to my purchase was cheaper than china cost for customs. i refused to send anymore money on their webchat360.they told me i can get a refund of $277.00 but i would have to wait to receive it on Jan.31,2013. that day came nothing i contacted them again on there website chat. i told them i was not happy as i didn't receive it. i was then told i will receive it on the following friday.nothing yet . i had copied all my conversations with them and told them that .. again i have tried to email them as for some reason i cannot access there site..
