On 1-25-13 I purchased a hplazerjet p110 printer from BestBuy. I was able to set it up to my computer with no problems. When I went to print nothing happened . Returning to BB for "geek squad" help. Never offered this service I was out of luck! Having tried to watch the dvd as that that did not work, I decided to go on hp web the first site. Upon calling the first person knew nothing but, I would be turned over to their "technical dept." After several hours & several "Karans"
