I received a call from someone claiming I won 1.5 million dollars and a BMW car. They claimed to be from Publisher's Clearing House and the Bank of Montreal. I got suspicious when they said it could be private, not public if I wished. They wanted my bank account number. I told them it didn't seem right. I told them that I didn't have a bank account. "Mr James Washington" told me to shut up and listen as I was upset. I hung up. They called four more times. This is when I copied the number from my phone. I told them I would check with the bank and was told that the bank in Ontario would know nothing about it since the money was still at Publisher's Clearing House.
I went to the police station station to report this and they were not interested since I lost to money. They gave me this website to complain I went to the Bank of Montreal, but they had just closed for the day and no one could be bothered to answer the door.
