We were first contacted on or about February 5th or 6th 2012 by telephone by a lady named Kelly Brewer of the company VC Merchant Funding (Cheyenne,Wy) in regards to a program to join in to a funding program of credit card machines to collect fees from services. Kelly got us to sign up for $495.00 (which was eventually credited back to our credit card) and it would be simple. Then a man named Ralph Linebarger called telling us again how simple this would be,all we had to do was hand out cards and have business call them and they would explain everything to them and process the account and send us our money. Next we received a call from Mark Duncan with PG Marketing. After we said no many times he was a master at getting us to give them $40,000 which we could not afford. We were to get 4,000 leads that they would work for us and within a year we would make back $115 thousand and would be making $10,000 a month for the next 3 years. We also were assigned a campaign manager Tom Wilson who we were to call every 2 weeks. We did and he kept convincing us everything was going great, just give it time. We had that same web site with a back office where we could see the progress being made. Sept. 14 2012 Tom told us we needed to send in a W9 and we did. Talked with Don Kyle and then we were supposed to start getting paid. Nothing happened until the middle of December when Tom called and said hey a check is being put in the mail and to call him back January 3. Well no check, no response to phone calls or emails. Called everyday starting January 9 and always got a busy signal. Then like the other complaints filed here the web site was closed down on January 20, 2013. We want our $40,000 plus all the interest we paid.
