i was on my laptop checking the lottery winning, and this letter from the fbi appears saying i need to pay 200.00 dollars if i want my computer unblock...i dont have a clue on how to copyright anything....i refuse to pay anything...im suppose to get something call green dot card and put the money on it and send it to money pak...also there will be legal actions against me within 72 hours.....they have a pic of me i dont know where it came from...funny they only used my first name the fbi would have known my last name.......i believe this might be a scam to get money...well it wont work....
