Around the 2nd or 3rd week of Jan. 2013 I called to get a quote of TV and Internet (30 mgs) would be. I was quoted for internet, 200 channels plus 2 DVR's a price of 64.98 a month for the first year then 94.98 a month for the 2nd. year then the 3rd. year would be 114,98 a month for a year but I could call for promotional prices after the first year. Well, I have had this service installed on 1/24/13 and then a bill for $151.17 comes. I have called the number reguarding billing and was given the run around by 3 different people saying there is now package at that price. Then I was disconnected (probably hung up on) and called again and spoke with someone else and got the same BS. I did get the number of the Corp. office in St. Louis and called there on 2/8/13. The same BS and there is nothing that they can do. I think that this was falsely told to me an that they should honor the quotes. I would not recommend Charter Communications to anyone and will more than likely switch back to my other provider. I have written an email to the BBB in Nevada reguarding this problem and may be sending out more to who ever I can think of. Just want other people to watch out for Charter Communications they are a RIP OFF.............
