I ordered a set of trial skin care products Sylk and Vitalyze lotion sometime Oct, 12 at $2.95 each and received them. I tried them on and found they are only worth the money and didn't reorder any of them ( the regular prices for them are $79.87 and $93.86). But I kept receiving them later: during Xmas vacation, my friend received Sylk for me and paid $19.41 for tax and handling fee - I wasn't not home and she didn't know that it wasn't something I ordered, and later on I found they charged it on my credit card as $79.87; I contacted them by email, but it never went through - their customer service was very sneaky, always replied me saying my order was something like clothing, it came back and forth several times until I gave it up - we could never talked about the same issue! Today, I found a Vitalyze in my mail box again. I called them at US 866-405-1578, I was put on hold, and them disconnected twice, and when I got through finally, a man said it was wrong no., it was Treatment Center of America! I think this is a real fraud!
