ordered a bag on january 27, 2013, my amazon chase credit card was charged. i received a coach bag, which wasn't the one i ordered. i e-mailed them 4 times with no avail, the bag came with no return address and no paperwork. called chase for a dispute, but they told me i have to return the bag first. how with no return address. now i know that i've been scammed, because this bag is a fake. by the way the bag was $77 and $20shipping, the bag was delivered express mail.
