I applied for a payday loan. Next thing I know, like 3 weeks later on 8/2, $30 was taken out of my checking account by PMT assist. I have no idea who these people are and how they got my information. I called them I they said I signed up for it. They said they would refund my money within 10-20 business days. Needless to say that was 31 business days ago. I called on 9/8. (speaking to someone in India, who always give a fake American name again) and she said she was escalating to accounting and check my email, my money would be refunded in 48hr. Never happened. I waited untill today 9/14 and called again. Asked for a Sup. She then tells me she would escalate it to Corporate office and could not give me a time frame. I asked for her superior and she kept getting angry and finally she hung up on me.
