I was billed for a movers fee with Dtv since I was only with them for a short period of time I agreed to pay the 250.00 the install was set at my new house in rocky mount,nc on a sat between. 10-12 the people that lived in this house prior had the house prewired for sat lite from dish network both Dtv and dish use r6 cable for the receiving dishes easy fix all the guy had to do was remove the dish's dish and put dtv's on and be done with it instead when the teach arrives he thinks he has to go under the house and run cable keep in mind this is a home build in the 1940's so the crawl space is to small I would not expect this guy to crawl under the house now had he had seen the r6 was ran on the out side of the house and the house was all ready prewired but instead he refused to do the install and said he need land lord permission the company all ready had the permission last time I placed the move order. So the guy left I was not at home at the time this happened I was at are old house closing out in another county.So I called back 3 different times to get someone back out their to install yet all reps told me they where sorry and had to send some else a week later to fix the problem I told them I was paying 250 for the move it the install was suppose to be today and I want today or you will not charge me for the move because your tech was lazy they refused and only offered 50 dollars off my move so I gave them a choice either you install today or you lose a customer. Guess what the local cable company has a new customer!
