I don't have anything "Cricket" and nothing to do with Vesta. Vesta charged my debit card account $52.10. I called them to ask why I had this money withdrawn from my account They wanted to have my credit card number. I'm not going to give that information to them. They didn't offer to look for my name or to do anything to help.
I have turned it over to my bank.

  • Vesta can not look up your name in their system. Imagine how many John Smith's in the World there are. If it's fraud, it wouldn't be associated with your phone number anyways. Also, they can only refund to the payment device that made the charge. This is the same for ANY virutal merchant. That's why they need the credit card number. It's a legit company and they do MILLIONS of transactions and keep fraud to an extremely low percentile. It's unfortunate you went through that.
