This man is a romance scammer and makes you believe he's moving to where you live. He puts deposits into a saving account or pays your credit card off and asks you to turn it into cash and mail or wire it to someone. Then the deposits bounce and we're stuck with the bills. He may be using our credit card information to put false advances on the next victim. Wish he would get caught.
