On Sunday september 11 of 2011 I checked my bank account and noticed that pc tools had authorized a renewal in california without my authorization. I know that I didnt authorize it cause I dont use any pc tools software within the last year or two and havent renewed anyone elses.I went through my bank and they said someone had stolen my old card and or my card number and used it to renew their account. I would like to find who used my card or card number and get my money back that was taken from me.
