I tryed placing an order on line and the web site kept telling me my credit card information was wrong. So I would verify and try again. During this process I received a call from my credit cards FRAUD department they told me that my card had been charged FIVE(5) times totalling close to $1500.00. I tried calling Temp-tations to clear up the matter and was told that I had to wait between 4 and 24 hours until order processed. I did not want my order to process 5 times! I got hung up on once from the customer service department abd disconnected once from their order depatment. I spoke with FOUR(4) different people and not one could or would help me and I was told that all supervisors were busy!! How convienent!! I still have no resolution to my problem after an hour on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
