Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! I was here on Sunday Feb 10, 2013 to celebrate my mothers 60th Birthday! I had a total of 19 people in the party. I originally called to make a reservation and was told by a male answering the phone that they didn't take reservations. As my party and myself arrived at approximately 3:22 pm we waited for over a 1 1/2 just to seat half my party which was only 9 seats available at that time so the other 10 of us were still waiting!!!! About 30 mins past by and I asked th hosted which was a short Asian guy with glasses and a very nasty attitude how long would it be for the other 10 of us to be seated and his attitude was OUT OF CONTROL. He was frustrated and cursed me because I'm simply asking him questions due to the fact 9 of the party is already being serviced and the other 10 of us were waiting and there was 4 tables opened. He told me those tables were reserved; mind you I asked to make a reservation when I called and he the same hostees told me they didn't take reservation that's why I had to walk in with a party of 19 people to only have to wait 2 1/2 hours for nothing because at the end of my asking him questions not only did he curse me saying "fuck this shit" to my face he called the police on me and my party because I told him don't talk to me like that; I'm not a child! The entire Tinley Park, police department came and put us out. Mind you my party had been sitting since 3:22 pm at the bar buying drinks and appetizers to be disrespected. The manager finally came out when the police department arrived and I told him that his employee cursed me and he responded "this is a private owned restaurant" and I asked so that means you let your employees talk to the customers how ever they want too...he didn't say anything but please leave. I will never recommend this place being they are "private owned" they let the employees talk to the good paying customer however!!!! This place has nothing but African Amercians to come and support this "private owned" place and to be treated and curse at and nothing resolved but being escorted out of a business by 1 million police officers is not only embarassing but rude becuase it was 17 womena and 2 guys and a restaurant full of people looking as if I had done or anybody in my party done anything wrong or disrespectful to the business.
