I first received the same mysterious charge three months prior, called to cancel my "membership" and thought that was the end of it. Here I am three months later and the same charge mysteriously appears again, I again called to cancel and be re-imbursed but am forced to change my CC info. I'm not sure how a company like this continues to function after all of these complaints.
