my name is janet mcnelis
i had a flt monday from rdu to charlotte to pbi the first flt they sat us on the tar mack for 1:30 min. before take off. i missed my connecting flt to pbi them had to stand on a line for another hr to find out what other flt was going to pbi.it took me 13 HRS TO GET HOME .FROM SITTING I HAVE BACK PAIN .I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.bad enough to keep me there for 13 hrs .and wwhen i did get some help she gave me a stand by ticket.after i paid for a full ticket.and paid for my luggage.
