I received a fax stating I could purchase a 6 day/5 night trip (all inclusive) to the following locations: Cancun, Cabo, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Vallarta or Mayan Riviera. The online sight also gave Hawaii & Costa Rica as options as well - but as luck would have it [insert sarcasm here] those sites have been "Sold Out" since the 1st day I looked at what was available!
I spoke with 'Felix' when booking, he was even KIND enough to extend my date another 6 months at no cost. I tried several times to contact them including an email, which they never replied to. Finally reached them today, they played the transfer game with me for like 45min, finally spoke with Dee who told me my dates for 3/26-4/2 were peak season (I called B.S. on that) then she said it would cost another $358! I asked what dates I COULD travel without having to pay extra money, she said 6/4-14 and 9/10-11/16. They are full of crap in regards to their peak times.
I asked my credit Union what name was on my credit card charge, a company named "WHOLE SALES VACATIONS"

I belong to Pre-Paid Legal and will be contacting them today to see if this is something they would tackle.
