Bought ElementCase Sector Black Ops iPhone 5 case. It's a poor quality knockoff. I thought it was a great deal when I saw it and in my excitement I didn't check the rep of the company...never do that again. The plastic components of the aluminum case broke while installing the case. The tactical holder is also poor quality and difficult to both put the phone in and take out.

- Dear friends, if there is any damage of the item, you can contact the customer, they will solve the problem for you, but do not said they are not real just because you do not satisfied with their customer service, that's not fair, don't you think so?
