I thought I was talking to an Apple tech, hahaha, these guys have no idea what they are doing !! The " tech" had such a strong accent that I couldn't understand him, didn't offer any good advise and I had to sign up before I got that !! Next morning I'm trying to cancel and they dance around and say I can't get a refund just more free service !!!! ????? The worst service I've ever had anywhere with any company. Do NOT ask them or do business with these people, and tell all of your friends.
