9/13/11 I called the flexseal to order 1 can which should have been $39.89,,after about 24 minutes of other offers i decided to cancel the order,,,i called the customer service right back to make sure the order was canceled,,i asked them for a conformation for cancellation,
they told me they did not give conformation numbers out they would just mark it cancelled....also they told me to call back the next day to make sure it was cancelled,, I called back and they told me to call back the next day....to my surprize when checking my bank balance, they charged my card $99.74 for 4 cans...I made it really clear that i wanted only one can....now i'm getting 4..customer service said they could not credit my money back until i returned the order,,,I will make sure i post on my facebook about this scam, and pass it on....where ever i can....
