SIGN FOR A MEMEBERSHIP WITH JAIL CALL SERVICES; ONCE SPEAKING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THE SAME NIGHT WHILE TALKING WITH HIM. HE STATED I WOULD HAVE TO GO ONTO THE INTERNET AN EMAIL CANCELLATION@JAIL SERVICES.COM. THERE EMAIL DIDN'T WORK. I COPY AND PASTE THERE EMAIL ADDRESS AND WENT ONTO MY REGULAR EMAIL AND SEND THEM A LETTER. I HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I FOUND A NUMBER ON THE INTERNET UNDER JAIL CALL SERVICES VIA COMPLAINS--I CALL THE NUMBER THE INDIVIDUAL HAD LISTED AND AND RECEIVED A RECORDING WITH THE COMMENT IF WE'RE NOT SATIFISIED WE COULD RECEIVE A REFUND--LEFT A MESSAGE AND AGAIN HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM.
