I am in Canada. The first charge was June 25 for 50.71. Then July 7 for 49.63. Then July 12 there were 4 charges in one day in totaling $93.72. In total $207.08 converted to US is $206.27. I found the website online for mypphelp.com and began a chat session with someone named John. I asked him who was charging me and he told me it was a company called MEDCHELP.COM and I was being charged a subscription to a health and wellness magazine, which I never subscribed for. He asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card, email address, full name and the charges that were made on my card. John said that they will be refunded to me in 7-10 business days. I believe I was talking to a computer and not a real person. Once I began to ask questions that were not business related, he did not answer or question anything. I asked for a business address upon which John said there was only an email address. To prove that I have spoken with someone at this company for my credit card company I asked for an operator number upon which I was given only toll free phone numbers. I wanted to see if I was talking with a real person so I asked him if I could do anything for him by getting him a cup of coffee. He responded with "your account have been refunded. Is there anything else I can do for you?" Currently I am speaking with my credit card company and we will wait to see if they refund the charges. I will update in 7-10 business days.
