Financial Approval Network states that you have a 10 day free trial period, & that you will be billed after day 10.
I followed the steps to cancel on the morning of the 10th day, which was today.
Later today I noticed that the money was taken out of my account.
I called the customer service line, 1-888-779-0509, and was told that I had waited until the 10th day and they had already started the billing process.
I asked for clarification, since the billing process didn't start, it was done.

The customer service person was rude & stated that I had waited until after the 10 days, but that she would reverse it and I could contact my bank if there was a problem.
They are a dishonest & unprofessional company.
