I ordered flowers on 2/12/2013 to be delivered the next day. When the flowers had not been delivered by 6:00 pm on the 13th, I contacted the company. The phone number they give you is answered by a recording telling you you can leave a message but they prefer to be contacted via email. I emailed them and got this response. "I have received your response and appreciate your inquiry. I will have a member of our dedicated customer relations team contact you as quickly as possible. To avoid any confusion with your order, please limit any follow up emails or phone calls until a representative has contacted you back. We are working hard to resolve any questions you may have."

It's now the 14th. No flowers and no response from any members of their 'dedicated customer relations team' to the three emails I've sent.

I called American Express and I will not be charged.

They advertise a $20 discount to those who found them through Google. But, they add over $25 in delivery and processing charges to your order. The $49 floral arrangement I ordered totaled $77+change by the time they added their ridiculous fees.

Save yourself the headache and use a local florist when you need to send flowers to someone.
